Descent

It started about a year ago. At first I was even amused by this weird dream, but it kept repeating again and again, every single night ever since. Every time I close my eyes I see this creature climbing down through holes, pipes, caves, it never stops. Every time I try to rest I am back there again going further and further down this maze together with my strange guide and when I wake up I am even more tired than before. I am so tired. I can't focus anymore, I just want to close my eyes and sleep, but every time I do the dream starts again, I am losing my mind. I tried screaming at the creature, I tried begging, threatening and bargaining with it, all to no avail. It keeps on dragging me with it down that hole without any explanation. I hate it. I hate it so much. I hate this creature and this god forsaken hole with every fiber of my body. I just want to sleep again, I am so tired. The only thing that is at the bottom of that hole is insanity and each night I get closer to it.
